slowly moving across the city as it moved buildings on the campus of the university of mississippi. police have declared a state of emergency and campus and emergency officials say no deaths have been reported but three people were injured. >> no tornadoes around here but we are in for a bit of a ride. >> could be a very interesting week from a weather standpoint. let's check in with meteorologist steve rudin. >> about 1.5 inches of snow at reagan national airport. later on this week we could see changes. look at our doppler radar. a few showers to the west of d.c.. they will eventually make their way to the metro area during the early morning hours and will stay with us for the rush-hour commute. temperatures outside of bottoming out pretty early this evening. 39 at dulles. winchester at 39 degrees. temperatures will begin to rise in the morning hours and we will look for temperatures eventually making it into the 50's for the day tomorrow. some storms on the way. wednesday we could be looking at a wintry mix. more on that in just a few minutes. >> thanks so much. president barack
